In the heart of Venaria Reale, in Andrea Mensa Street n.8, near the Royal Palace, there is a nice, thirty-year-old restaurant
where you can taste the typical dishes of our traditional cuisine rivisited by the chefs Claudio e Giosuè.

The piedmontese cuisine, plain and strong, that you can get an idea of first through your nose, and then through your mouth, comes out of our territory
fruits, which give us the opportunity of creating various, characteristic dishes.

Think, for example, of the rise, undisputed prince of our lands, that we turn into "risotto";

|
think of the boiled meat, made with a mix of
specific pieces of meat boiled in the same pot so that their different flavours melt together as one.

And what about our mushrooms, exalting our woods and valleys,
|
| |
|
or Her Majesty "La Bagna Cauda", and her autumn flavours,
|
| |
|
but most of all, the leader of the fragrances: the truffle.

Autumn ithe season when the piedmontese cuisine presents its best dishes, and what,
if not our wines and champagnes to best celebrate them?

But that is not all! Offering fanciful dishes that come out of the
typical local flavours is not enough: dishes must be made out of best
quality meats: this is why we use only Piedmontes "Fassone" meat.

Last thing: although we are tied to our territory, we still have another passion: fish.
And to avoid mistakes e use to quality fish, in order to satisfy your taste and ours too.
